This year Let’s Get Moving Kids is expected to draw hundreds of participants, visitors, spectators, and volunteers! Gain exposure for your business to host a booth and distribute product samples, provide services, or distribute printed materials. In order to process your registration as a vendor, please completely fill out all sections of this form. Please send your request to letsgetmovingkids@gmail.com for initial contact and confirmation. Make check payable to: Forest City Spanish SDA Church and include Let's Get Moving Kids in the memo. The check can be mailed to Forest City Spanish SDA Church, 7601 Forest City Road, Orlando, FL 32810. Remember to bring your 10X 10 canopy tent. We will provide you with a table and 2 chairs.
