Vendor Rules & Regulations

This page is old and not applicable because due to COVID-19, this year we will have a VIRTUAL family run/walk.

I understand that I will provide my own marketing materials and supplies including table, chairs, tent, etc. The vendor is responsible for any City permits required.

I, the undersigned represent the listed business/organization and do hereby agree to participate in the aforementioned activity. I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Let’s Get Moving Kids, the City of Altamonte Springs, event sponsors, and any other individuals or organizations associated with the above, and any of their officers, agents, or employees from any liability, claim, or action for damages resulting from or in any way arising out of, or in any way connected with participation in this activity. I agree to abide by and enforce the rules and regulations of the City of Altamonte Springs. I understand that my booth may be shut down by event officials at any time should they deem my product or marketing supplies to be unsuitable for the event participants or if they will cause any problems to the City of Altamonte Springs. I hereby certify that, on behalf of my organization we shall be personally responsible for any damage or unnecessary abuse of booth, grounds, or equipment by my organization.

If you are selling food or products at Cranes Roost Park, then your company needs to provide insurance as per Cranes Roost requirements: All general liability insurance certificates, unless otherwise noted, must list the following as additionally insured and contain the exact verbiage:
